General Terms & Conditions (GT&C)
- Rooms are to be vacated by 10 a.m. and arrival is requested from 3 p.m. (if guests arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage with us. Furthermore, you can also get changed to enjoy the first day of your holiday or day skiing)
- We recommend that you take out comprehensive holiday insurance (cancellation, illness, pre-mature departure, etc. for a small fee.) More information can be found under the following link: www.europaeische.at
- Pets cannot, unfortunately, be accepted
- Payment can be made in cash or with EC cards / credit cards (VISA, MasterCard). Cancellations are only valid in writing. There are no cancellation fees for a cancellation 3 months before your planned holiday, from 3 months to 1 month before your planned first holiday day a fee equivalent to three holiday days shall be charged. For periods less than 1 month before your planned first holiday day, we shall charge 90 % of the fees for the booked holiday.
- We can make no refunds for services which have not been consumed!
